Having had some bad dentist experiences as a kid, I was super anxious about needing a cracked tooth pulled. With my dental phobia, plus the pandemic, I put it off nearly a year before realizing I couldn't delay any longer. I went to CT Center for Oral, Facial and Implant Surgery because they are one of only 2 practices I could find that put negative pressure rooms in to minimize Covid risk. In addition to making the experience safer, I figured folks that put in that level of effort into keeping everyone safe were the kind of people I wanted to trust with my healthcare. Dr. King, and all the staff at CT Center for Oral, Facial and Implant Surgery did not dissapoint! First off, everyone was so kind and understanding of my phobia, they put me at ease right away. Dr. King carefully answered all my questions, and told me each step of the procedure so I knew what to expect. What is more is the extraction was truly painless -- I swear I have never had a less painful novocaine injection, and it was smooth sailing from there. What impressed me most though is Dr. King wasn't just a 'one and done, in and out' doctor; she took the time to have a meaningful conversation about the root causes of my cracked tooth -- my grinding and jaw issues - -and to offer some treatment options so I can avoid more cracked teeth in the future. While tooth extraction is never fun, I can't imagine a better experience. If you find yourself in need of an oral surgeon, I can't recommend Dr. King highly enough.

I had a molar tooth extracted today. Dr. Gady was my oral surgeon. I really appreciated his compassion and how he told me all of the steps involved in my oral surgery. He also informed me of each step prior to performing the steps. Dr. Gady also reassured me by telling me I was doing a good job. I really loved the team work between the doctor and his assistants. Prior to my oral surgery one of the assistants gave me some after care instructions verbally, and she answered any questions I had. She also asked me if I wanted a blanket and put the fleece blanket on me. During my oral surgery the assistants were very compassionate and used gentle techniques to help relax me and relieve my stress during my surgery.

Dr.Gady was referred to me last year by my Dentist for an implant that I needed.Upon arriving to his office I was greeted by his staff and made to feel as if I was family.He is by far the most Professional and Caring Provider I have met.His Bedside mannerism and knowledge made me feel that he Genuinly Cares for his patients.Along with his patience for me in answering and explaining every question that I had.His Assistant Jaime is So Funny and Sweet ,she too put me at ease..and the fact that she made sure she was there next to me in all my visits made it all complete.I Highly Recommend Dr. Gady to ANYONE seeking a Professional and Caring Doctor...and the fact that he looks like Prince Charming from Cinderella.I am so Happy that I met him...and now have somewhere I know I will be in Good Loving Hands. Highly recommend Dr.Gady for dental implants!! Had a great experience. Dental Implant was placed perfectly. Dr.Gady is very helpful with the whole process. Overall the experience is excellent! Highly recommend Dr. Jacob Gady and his staff. I went to him for a dental implant and everything went so smoothly. I was really anxious and he and his staff were amazing! The process was quick and painless. Took two Advil and that was it. He followed up with me that night-can’t say enough good things about him!

I saw Dr. Gady to have my wisdom teeth removed and he was great! He took the time to explain the procedure to me and addressed any questions I had without making me feel rushed in any way. Dr. Gady performed emergency surgery on my son over a holiday week. He was professional, warm and empathetic to nervous parents. He made my son feel comfortable and safe in a hospital setting. When the nurses couldn’t get a vein, Dr. Gady did it himself. He was kind, knowledgeable, down to earth and really made this scary experience a positive one. I highly recommend Dr. Gady.

Disappointed The Dr and his staff were very helpful in the beginning but it turns out not very thorough. My daughter went for her pre-surgery consultation and was scheduled to have her work done. It was verified that insurance was in place and coverage for the procedure. On the day of the surgery, the Dr said he needed to do a different procedure that was NOT covered. Several thousand dollars later, my daughter STILL needs the original surgery and we are thousands of dollars in the hole.

Dr. Gady and his team are the best. I went in for an extraction on 6/26/2018. I was a little nervous but they walked me thru the whole process. I was in so much pain, don't wait like I did. There was no pain during the procedure, no pain or swelling after. I did't even take an aspirin. What a job. Dr. gady eve called me that night to see if I was ok. Who does that??
