First of all the office itself is clean an has a nice atmosphere. Front desk clerk is very friendly an professional. Dr. Gadys an his assistant are awesome they are friendly an made me feel comfortable. I have already started putting out the word...Come see them when in need.

It was an absolute pleasure visiting the CT Center for Oral, Facial, and Implant Surgery in West Hartford with Dr. Gady and his team. Starting from the front desk staff to the x-ray techs and assistant all the way to meeting Dr. Gady was all together a wonderful experience. They were all very friendly, welcoming, respectful, and communicative. Unfortunately it was our second consultation regarding my little sister's wisdom teeth and the first place we went to made her feel extremely uncomfortable as a patient and as a person which was absolutely heartbreaking. Needless to say my sister and I were both nervous and a little anxious with our guards up going in to the appt with Dr. Gady but we were completely thankful to have met such wonderful people and team! We look forward to keeping in touch and working with them to figure out a surgery date to get her wisdom teeth out. We definitely recommend this place!

Truly a wonderful experience with a joyful and professional staff of caring people who are obviously happy in their roles and show it. Dr Gady is a great surgeon and generalist who leads by example and is so good at his practice and demeanor! I'm so very pleased with my choice to have him as my physician and trust him completely! I am extremely grateful to Dr. Gady for extracting my badly infected tooth immediately and cleaning out the infected tissue. He and his staff had to stay late to get it done and I wish to thank them all! They did an excellent job, and their pain control was superb. I have had fillings elsewhere that hurt worse. I am feeling so much better now. The facility was extremely clean and everyone was so helpful. I will probably return to Dr. Gady later for an implant.

As someone with a long history of issues with this particular tooth along with a horrible experience with a root canal gone bad, having the tooth extracted was a bit daunting but it could not have gone better. Other than some expected swelling and soreness, it was a painless process and I knew I was in good hands with Dr. Gady every step of the way!

Dr Gady went above and beyond for me . I had an implant that failed . I went to Dr Gady and he fixed the problem . The staff is so helpful and had I not gone to Dr Gady I would have possibly had to have a bridge put in . My implant was a success and I’m on the way to getting a permanent crown . I will never forget the kindness and care provided by him and the entire staff . They restored my tooth , my self esteem and spirit . Five stars is not enough to describe this top notch , educated and compassionate Dental Artist !
